Robert Jenkins Hamley BSc, PhD, MBA
Bob has a PhD in Molecular Neurobiology from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from IESE.
He is focussed on IP, funding and collaborations within Linkcare Bio.
Bob has over 30 years of experience in business development within IVD industry both in corporate and start up environments.
Eduard Boada Diaz
Eduard holds a BA in Economics (UB, 2018) and a Master’s in International Business (UPF, 2021). He advised early-stage companies on global expansion through ICEX, building expertise in technology asset protection, international negotiation, and consortium management. Eduard now oversees intellectual-property management and prototype manufacturing, ensuring legal protection and efficient R&D commercialisation.
Mª Carmen Ortells Campos, PhD
MªCarmen has a PhD from UPF and postdoctoral from CRG and MGH/Harvard Medical School. Postgraduate degrees in business management and innovation from IQS and La Salle. With over 20 years of experience in translational research and biomedical innovation, joins Linkcare Bio as Technology Transfer Coordinator and Innovation Lead, focusing on IP, product development, and market strategy for IVD technologies.
Pedro Sánchez Luling
With extensive experience in image processing, real-time systems, document digitization, and software project management, he brings a comprehensive perspective that combines technology and strategy. In recent years, he has focused on data analysis and machine learning.
At LinkcareBio, he applies his expertise to drive innovation and process improvement.
Pedro holds a degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC).
Josep Benavent Marco MSc
Josep holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering and an MSc (MASTEAM) from UPC, as well as an Executive Master in Innovation and R&D Management from EOI. He has over 15 years of experience in project management within research environments.
At LinkcareBio, he oversees the coordination of R&D initiatives and ensures compliance with quality standards.
Sandra Rodríguez-Rodero PhD
Sandra holds a PhD in Biochemistry and serves as a Scientific Advisor at Linkcare. With over 20 years of experience in translational biomedical research, she has contributed to leading projects in epigenetics, immunology, and complex diseases. Her expertise includes biomarker validation, diagnostic platform development, and clinical trial design. She brings a rigorous, interdisciplinary approach to bridging scientific innovation with clinical and technological implementation.
Sabeen Waheed
She holds a degree in Administration and Finance and brings over 10 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles. She is responsible for keeping us compliant with all administrative duties and provides key support to executive-level staff.
Sabeen plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and in upholding the quality and accuracy of all administrative processes.
Effie Wu
Marketing and communications professional with over 15 years of experience supporting international organizations, including global companies such as Apple and institutions like the European Chamber of Commerce in China.
At LinkcareBio, she leads marketing strategy and external communications, and contributes her expertise to China-related projects.
Effie is a registered psychotherapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and holds master’s degrees in Psychosynthesis Psychology from Middlesex University (UK) and also in Political Science from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Spain).
